When Rail Becomes Ridiculous - The Atlantic

This really articulates what I've been thinking. Raleigh needs to note both the good and the bad from this article. The bad being parallels with Tampa and Orlando in that (in spite of strides in the right direction) it is still a city "virtually unnavigable without a car." The good is the author's opinion that SEHSR *is* one of the viable lines to be invested in.
